I want to lose weight, fats, kilograms, pounds or whatever you call it. I’m not that fat and I’m not skinny, others told me that my body fits well but they just don’t know it. I can see my body when I’m naked and it is no good. I want a 24 or 25 waist line I know it is not possible but in my age and my situation? I don’t think so. I love to eat and eat! I love sweets which can give fats easily. I can’t control myself to eat or just eat a little especially when the food is so yummy. Haha! If you know something, a dance, a tutorial, a program to make me lose my weight please contact me immediately! As if I’m going to study it. I tried dancing but it’s so tiring and my whole body aches since I’m not a dancer. I don’t exercise that’s why my body aches easily. Argh! I hate this!
